“LANE END CONFERENCE CENTRE PROVIDES THE PERFECT VENUE FOR OUR RESIDENTIAL CONFERENCE. THE ATMOSPHERE AND THE SERVICE PROVIDED BY THE STAFF TO OUR MEMBERS AND OTHER PARTICIPANTS WAS SECOND-TO-NONE.”
The Adlerian Society Institute of Individual Psychology (ASIIP) is a charity that promotes the understanding, application and development of Adlerian Counselling and Psychology in the UK.
The contemporary Adlerian approach to Counselling and Psychotherapy is based on the pioneering work of Alfred Adler, acclaimed alongside Sigmund Freud and Karl Jung as one of the founders of psychotherapy.
The ASIIP hold an annual conference providing the opportunity for delegates that believe in the Adlerian approach to come together to focus on themes centered around current issues in mental health and well-being, focusing on the Adlerian perspective.
The Conference, held each spring, provides the opportunity for practitioners in Adlerian Psychology to network with fellow therapists, counsellors, and anyone else interested in the principles of Individual Psychology and the Adlerian approach.
Lane End Conference Centre provided the perfect venue for the ASIIP’s residential conference. Delegates utilised Wycombe Hall for their event, with its unique self-contained design, including bedrooms, meeting facilities, bar, lounge and dining room.
Wycombe Hall’s exclusivity was perfect for the event, providing privacy for the group and offering undisturbed networking opportunities. It gave members a chance to really get to know each other, share thoughts and ideas, and learn from one another.
As well as Wycombe Hall’s convenient layout, the catering was also important to the event. Healthy homemade food provided delegates with the nourishment they needed to focus and engage with the conference’s content throughout its duration.

“I just wanted to say a big thank you for everything Lane End Conference Centre has done at the event and in the run up to our event. Our need for a residential meetings space, coupled with the need for a private environment to enhance thinking space, can make it hard to find a suitable venue but Lane End ticks the boxes. The venue is perfect for us and the service and the food were outstanding. A special thank you goes to the staff involved in our event – they could not have done anymore to help, everyone was so friendly.”
