David Pearce, Conference Porter here at Lane End, has been shortlisted for a prestigious industry award in recognition of his commitment to what we do at the centre.
He’s been shortlisted in the ‘Unsung Hero’ category at the CHS Awards 2019 – a glittering awards ceremony that showcases the very best of the hospitality industry.
Since joining Lane End in 1987, David’s enthusiasm for his role has never faltered. His positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for our clients has made him a shining example of excellence within Lane End Conference Centre, and a firm favourite with the organisations that visit us.
Heni Fourie, Sales and Marketing Director at Lane End Conference Centre, said: “We’re thrilled to see David shortlisted at this year’s CHS Awards.
“David manages to build a level of rapport with our facilitators and trainers that is completely unique, something that most sales people strive to achieve, and I believe this ability comes from his genuine interest in people, his unwavering willingness to help and his kind nature.
“On behalf of everyone here at Lane End Conference Centre, we wish David the very best of luck at the event.”
The awards will be held at The Royal Armouries in Leeds on Thursday 6 June.
