Lane End Conference Centre has been awarded a Gold Accolade for Customer Satisfaction.
The BDRC has announced the national Venue Verdict Awards for customer service at UK hotels and meeting venues. Lane End Conference Centre was awarded the new Venue Verdict Gold Standard, an accolade awarded only to venues delivering the very highest level of customer service over a period of time, based on large volumes of customer feedback. In addition to Lane End Conference Centre, 17 other venues out of over 200 participating venues were awarded the Venue Verdict Gold Standard.
