The customer satisfaction at Lane End Conference Centre came out top in a recent independent Customer Survey performed by the Business Development Research Corporation.
BDRC Venue Verdict is an independent benchmarking scheme using customer feedback to compare customer experiences at venues offering similar products and service.
In September Lane End Conference Centre received the highest score (91%) in its category consisting of 16 other dedicated conference venues, and the venue is currently raking 5th in the overall lead table year to date.
