We’re in the business of keeping customers happy and the team’s hard work and dedication was recently rewarded with the Gold Standard Accreditation from BDRC Continental.
This accolade was awarded for outstanding customer service delivered between January and December 2012 - Lane End received an overall satisfaction score of 93%.
Individual Team Members Contribute to Outstanding Levels of Customer Service
As one of three Conference and Events Executives at Lane End Conference Centre, Frances helped achieve a score of 93.4% for the way in which we handle new enquiries and 90.2% for first impressions when we meet our event organisers on the day of arrival.
Frances commented: 'I really enjoy meeting our customers and I feel fortunate to have such a great product to sell in Lane End Conference Centre. We are constantly developing our product and growing as a conference and training venue and that means there is always something new to talk about with our customers.”
Frances joined the team in March 2011 as a new graduate from the University of Leeds with a keen interest in the events industry. Frances is extremely organised and very personable – two of the most important qualities required for anyone wanting to work in events.
Update: Lane End's commitment to providing excellent customer service was just one of the reasons we received a VenueVerdict Gold Accreditation in 2018, achieving a net promoter score of 70+ in the process.
