Working off Christmas excess will be easier than ever at Lane End Conference Centre as work is about to start on a brand new multi-use sports complex!
Having received the official go-ahead, construction of the state-of-the-art twin-storey leisure centre will start early in 2014.
The modern brick and glass building will offer a wide range of sports and fitness facilities, including a fully-equipped gym and spacious indoor sports hall.
Brocklehurst Architects in West Wycombe the practice responsible for designing Lane End’s Quadrangle and Pavilion building - were chosen to design the new leisure centre.
Heni Fourie Sales and Marketing Manager at the award-winning conference centre in Lane End said: “We pride ourselves on delivering the best customer experience and the new leisure centre will be the perfect place for guests to let off steam.
“Although we have lots of outdoor sports facilities the English weather has a habit of stopping play.
“Now if rain threatens a round of golf, guests will be able to come in and play on one of two virtual golf booths.”
As a leading residential conference centre, Lane End understands that some visitors simply want a little R&R (Rest & Relaxation) time at the end of the day.
Plans for the new leisure centre include a brand new sauna and steam room.
There will also be a café offering tasty nutritious snacks and drinks, fully-licensed bar and large outdoor terrace to sit and take in the views.
Lane End Conference Centre has been delivering its one-stop conference experience from its purpose-built site in Lane End village, Buckinghamshire for more than 40 years.
