In an ever-changing industry it is integral to remain at the top of the game which is why Lane End’s continued investment and development is having a great impact.
With the industry forever evolving and the latest technology becoming more important, there is a very real need for meetings and conferences to go beyond ‘the norm’.
Lane End Conference Centre is doing just that itself as it progresses with the second stage of a four-year plan aimed at rejuvenating the venue throughout the various event spaces at the Buckinghamshire-based venue. The bedrooms of Wycombe Lodge and Wycombe Court are due to be completed in the summer of 2016 and the £200,000 refurbishment of The Pavilion is currently underway.
As well as refurbishment, there has also been a new development. The Cedar Club, a new development valued at more than £950,000, has given Lane End the ability to offer delegates even more choice when it comes to entertainment and leisure. In addition to the outdoor sports and leisure facilities and the private bars in each of the residential buildings, The Cedar Club now offers an additional bar to relax in and top of the range leisure facilities such as a sauna, gym, pool tables and virtual golf.
“The Cedar Club has given us something we have never had before and it has been achieved through a strategy that involves continued investment and development,” comments Heni Fourie, Director of Sales & Marketing at Lane End Conference Centre. “Our venue developments, coupled with the latest technology, have helped us to achieve record-breaking figures in the past year and secure a bright future for Lane End. We made a decision to invest during the recession and now we are starting to see the results of that.”
Ongoing refurbishment at Lane End is due to finish in the summer of 2016.
