EIPC Ltd recently held its annual summer event at The Pavilion at Lane End.
Drumming Team Building at Lane End Conference Centre, The event included a morning session to discuss business, followed by a unique team activity and evening function.
EIPC is a not-for-profit organisation which is owned by SUBWAY franchisees spread across Europe. This annual event is therefore a great way for employees to network.
The group enjoyed a delicious continental buffet lunch followed by a surprise drumming session – an interactive activity that transcended language barriers and involved everyone.
EIPC’s Sam Collins said: “The drumming activity not only proofed to be great fun, it involved everyone and crossed any potential language barriers,
“It left everyone feeling energised and excited with a real sense of achievement,” she added.

The evening event took place in the main Pavilion with a delicious barbeque provided on the private terrace. The fun fair-theme included a range of exciting activities as well as a fortuneteller and DIY candyfloss machine.
This was the second consecutive year that EIPC chose to hold the event at Lane End Conference Centre.
Ms Collings said: “The venue ticks all the boxes in terms of what we need for this event.
“The location and proximity to Heathrow Airport are perfect, the staff are really reactive with a very friendly and flexible approach. However, one of the greatest advantages for us is the use of an exclusive building – giving us the privacy we need.“
