As the only venue at Lane End that doesn’t have accommodation facilities either as part of the building or directly adjacent to it, the Quadrangle is getting an upgrade to bring it in line with the other venues on site.
The Quadrangle has a unique setting at Lane End. The horseshoe shaped arrangement and private courtyard provide an intimate space that is ideal for more focused training and development workshops or interviews with a need for privacy. During the warmer months the courtyard also makes an ideal lunchtime or evening barbeque spot to better enjoy the sun and take a break from the day’s work.
As a self-contained complex the Quadrangle is one of the most private and secluded buildings available. The construction of a new building directly adjacent will allow the Quadrangle to provide dedicated accommodation for the events it hosts, while also increasing overall capacity at Lane End.
The new building will host 10 bedrooms, providing enough space to comfortably accommodate groups of 10-20 guests, with an additional 10 bedrooms also available in the nearby Wycombe Lodge if additional bedrooms are needed.
The construction of the new building will be split in two phases, with the first phase comprising of seven rooms to be completed within the next two months, and followed by the final three rooms in phase two to be completed by next summer.
Additionally, between these two phases the last of the bedrooms across the site will have their refurbishment completed.
Lane End currently has 104 bedrooms of which 70% have been newly refurbished. Over the coming year this figure will stand at 114 brand new rooms, allowing Lane End to better accommodate their guests to the highest standards.
